Introducing Training and Employment Support at Come4Care Café

We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of the Come4Care- Come4Café – a welcoming and inclusive space designed to support people with disabilities through tailored, We provide training and employment opportunities.

At Come4Care, we believe everyone deserves the chance to build meaningful skills, gain work experience, and achieve their employment goals in a supportive and understanding environment. Through our new café initiative, we aim to provide real-world training in hospitality and customer service, helping participants gain valuable experience that can open doors to long-term, sustainable employment.

Our training program is designed to align with NDIS goals, supporting participants in job readiness, skill development, and employment maintenance. We will work closely with NDIS employment services and job-seeking support networks to ensure a smooth and empowering transition into the workforce.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Learn hospitality and barista skills

• Develop confidence in a real work environment

• Receive one-on-one support and mentoring

• Build communication, teamwork, and time management abilities

• Explore long-term employment opportunities within Come4Care and beyond
